Items can be returned or exchanged within 30 days from the date of purchase. Please note that flash sale items, free gifts, swimwear, lingerie, and clearance items cannot be returned.
Please keep your proof of payment and provide it to our customer service team, as it is required for your refund.
You may drop off the package at your nearest post office or contact the post office to arrange a pickup.

Refunds

Your payment will be refunded within 3 business days after our confirmation.

Do not send your return to the shipping address on your package. This is not the return address and may delay the processing of your return.
